D Money Sports collects information you provide when you create an account or use the site, such as your name, email address, pool memberships, entries, picks, team names, and other information needed to operate contests and pools.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate D Money Sports, authenticate accounts, administer pools and entries, display standings and results, provide commissioner tools, respond to feedback or support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the site.

Public Pools and Standings

Public/Open pools may be visible without signing in. Pool information, team or entry names, standings, picks when the applicable game or contest rules allow them to be revealed, and other contest information may therefore be publicly visible. Private/Invite Only pools are not intended to appear in the public pool directory.

Account Information

We do not intentionally display account passwords. Passwords should never be shared with a commissioner or another participant. Public views are designed to avoid displaying participants' full account names when a team or entry name can be used instead.

Service Providers and Sports Data

D Money Sports may use hosting, email, sports-data, and other technical service providers as necessary to operate the site. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to provide their services.

Pool Payments

D Money Sports may let commissioners record payment status or display payment instructions for their pools. Payment arrangements between commissioners and participants are handled outside D Money Sports unless the site expressly states otherwise. Do not submit payment-card or banking credentials through pool notes, feedback forms, or other general text fields.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, pools, standings, records, support, and site security. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may choose not to join public pools and may use Private/Invite Only pools when available. If you need help with account information or have a privacy question, use the site's Feedback page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as D Money Sports changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
