Using D Money Sports

D Money Sports provides tools for creating, joining, and managing sports pools and fantasy-style contests. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and avoid interfering with the site's operation or other users' access.

Commissioner Responsibility

Commissioners control their own pool settings, rules, invitations, entry limits, payment instructions, and administrative decisions. Participants are responsible for reviewing a pool's rules before joining. D Money Sports provides the platform tools but does not guarantee that a commissioner will administer a pool in a particular way.

Entry Fees and Payments

Some commissioners may choose to run pools that have an entry fee. Unless D Money Sports expressly states otherwise, D Money Sports does not collect, hold, escrow, distribute, or guarantee those pool funds. Any payment arrangement is between the commissioner and participants. A payment status shown on the site is an administrative record and is not proof that D Money Sports processed a payment.

Compliance With Law

Users and commissioners are responsible for determining whether a pool, contest, entry fee, prize, or other activity is permitted where they live or participate. Do not use D Money Sports to conduct an activity that violates applicable law or regulation.

Sports Data and Results

Schedules, scores, spreads, statistics, and other sports information may come from third-party data providers and can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable. Commissioner controls may be available to resolve exceptions. Users should not rely on D Money Sports sports data for wagering or other financial decisions.

Picks, Deadlines, and Technical Issues

Pool rules may lock picks at scheduled game times, weekly deadlines, or other configured times. Internet, device, hosting, data-provider, or software problems can occur. Commissioners should use the available administrative controls when a legitimate correction is necessary and consistent with their pool rules.

Public and Private Pools

Public/Open pools may be discoverable and viewable without an account. Private/Invite Only pools are intended for invited participants. Invite links and codes should be shared only with people the commissioner wants to invite.

Fair Use of the Service

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass pool or account permissions, abuse automated requests, upload malicious material, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, impersonate another person, or use the site to send unlawful or abusive content.

No Guarantee of Availability

D Money Sports is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and temporary outages or data delays may occur. To the extent permitted by law, D Money Sports is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of D Money Sports after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
